100% Grade A Bull!

BS SHOW BIZ BUZZ:
★ 27-year-old “Glee” star Lea Michele was left heartbroken when her co-star and real-life boyfriend Cory Monteith was found dead of a drug overdose in a Vancouver hotel room last year. But now she’s reportedly moving on, having dated Matthew Paetz for several months, who describes himself as a lifestyle and dating coach. The twosome met while shooting the video for Michele’s song “On My Way”.

★ 39-year-old comedian-TV personality Chelsea Handler says she’s quitting her E! talk show “Chelsea Lately” in August because she’s tired of having to discuss celebrities like the Kardashians. Quote: “To be quite honest I don’t really care about Justin Bieber and I don’t want to talk about him anymore. In order to make that happen I had to just stop doing my show.’‘ She says she’s looking for people to ‘educate’ her about her as yet undetermined next venture.

★ And Kit Harington’s hair has its ‘own contract’. The “Game of Thrones” star says he’d love to cut his long locks but is banned from doing so without permission from the hit HBO program. The 27-year-old actor admits he gets tired of ‘ridiculous’ negotiations between agents, managers, and HBO execs every time he needs to have his hair trimmed.

COMING ATTRACTIONS:
A BS selection of movies in the making …
• “Grimsby” – This upcoming spy spoof starring Sacha Baron Cohen has now added “Hercules” actor Ian McShane, “Homeland’s” David Harewood, and “Precious” star Gabourey Sidibe to the cast. The story centers on a British black ops spy (Mark Strong) who’s forced to go on the run and team up with his idiotic English football hooligan brother, played by Baron Cohen.
• “Hail Caesar” – Josh Brolin has now joined the cast of this new Coen Bros film starring George Clooney as 1950s Hollywood fixer ‘Eddie Mannix’, whose job is to keep a movie studio’s stars in line. Brolin last worked with the Coens on 2007’s “No Country for Old Men”. No schedule for production or theater release has yet been announced.
• “I Will Always Love You: The Whitney Houston Story” – Former “America’s Top Model” contestant Yaya DaCosta has been cast as the late Whitney Houston in this upcoming Lifetime TV-movie biopic. The project is being directed by Angela Bassett, who was Houston’s co-star in the 1995 movie “Waiting to Exhale”.
• “Joy” – 23-year-old actress Jennifer Lawrence has signed on for her 3rd project with director David O Russell, after previously starring in his films “American Hustle” and “Silver Linings Playbook”. The new movie is the rags-to-riches tale of a single mom of 3 who becomes a multi-millionaire after inventing the ‘Miracle Mop’, and then hawking it on shopping network QVC.
• “The Stand” – Stephen King’s 1978 novel is being developed for the bigscreen as a 3-hour, R-rated epic with ‘an amazing A-list cast’, according to “The Fault in Our Stars” director Josh Boone, who’s set to helm the project. In 1994, Gary Sinise, Molly Ringwald, and Rob Lowe starred in an Emmy Award-winning TV miniseries based on the book.

WORST FATHERS IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM:
These dads likely won’t be getting any Fathers Day cards this Sunday …
✗ Assassin Bug – This pop’s job is to protect eggs until they hatch. His tactic involves eating the eggs on the outside edges of the brood, which are most likely to fall victim to parasitic wasps.
✗ Bass – After most of his newborns have swum away and a few stragglers remain, the daddy bass swallows them up as a reward to himself for helping the strong ones stay alive.
✗ Grizzly Bears – These baby-daddies are opportunistic hunters, willing to kill and eat anything that happens to enter their home turf … even their own cubs.
✗ Lions – Papa lions spend most of their day lying in the shade, waiting for one of their wives to bring home dinner. The female does all of the hunting and pretty much all of the parenting.
✗ Sand Goby – This pop snacks on the largest of his mate’s eggs because they take the longest to develop. Why? So he can get out of playing papa and get back to mating ASAP.

WHO LET THE DOGS IN?
Who said water slides were just for humans? Dog lover Federico Cano has created the Resort Canino Can Jane just outside Barcelona, Spain to offer fun and relief from Summer heat for pet poochies. The resort includes a purpose-built canine swimming pool, complete with fountains, slides, and extra-tough inflatable toys. The pool is especially designed to be the right depth for dogs of all shapes and sizes by offering gradually sloped sides for easy entry. One problem that owners will find at the resort, according to Cano, is getting their dogs out of the water. Quote: “They really burn off a lot of energy coming here. I can guarantee that [your dog] will sleep for the next 2 days.” (Is there a spa for pampered pooches as well?)

WHAT DAD REALLY WANTS:
Fathers Day gifts that are frugal yet inspired and cover the ‘3 Bs’, things most father’s love …
• Baseball – Going to a real game can be extremely expensive, so grab a couple of gloves and a ball and ask your dad to play catch with you … just like the two of you did years ago.
• BBQ – Gather together some ingredients and invite dad into the kitchen where the 2 of you can spend the next couple of hours making a variety of BBQ sauces, rubs, and seasonings.
• Beer– For a unique twist, take dad to a homebrew shop and make the inaugural batch of a new family ale … complete with personalized labels.

FOR THE RECORD:
Gao Bingguo, a 54-year-old beekeeper from China’s Shandong Province, has been raising bees for more than 34 years so there’s probably no one better prepared to set a new record for ‘Most Bees Covering a Human’. In total, he’s managed to survive being covered with 326,000 bees weighing a total of 33 kg (67 lbs), a process that took 2-and-a-half hours. And it wasn’t a painless experience … Gao believes he was stung approximately 2,000 times.
