42-year-old actress Jennifer Aniston has showed off her first ink (that we know of), a small tattoo on the inside of her right foot that reads ‘Norman’, the name of her beloved dog who recently died (the only love of her life that lasted more than a couple months) . . . A body discovered dead in a portable toilet during cleanup after Britain’s massive weekend “Glastonbury Festival” has been identified as 56-year-old Christopher Shale, a local Conservative Party chairman (thereby answering the question, “Who died in here?”) . . . 65-year-old actress Helen Mirren (“The Queen”) has felt it important to tell us that when she has visited nudist beaches, she found the experience ‘comforting’ (that’s TMI, lady!) . . . A second of Charlie Sheen’s ‘goddesses’ has split, Natalie Kenly moving out of his LA mansion, prompting the 45-year-old actor to initially demand she return the $160,000-Mercedes he bought her last year (goddess #1, Bree Olson, ditched him in April – by text message) . . . 22-year-old actor Rupert Grint tells “Attitude” mag that kissing his 21-year-old co-star Emma Watson during a scene in “Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows: Part 2” (out July 15th) seemed ‘unnatural’ because she’s been like a sister to him since age 9 (then they re-did the scene 4 times) . . . And movie actor Shia Labeouf has revealed that large chunks of “Transformers: Revenge Of the Fallen” was improvised with no script whatsoever but he promises the 3rd instalment, “Transformers: Dark Of the Moon” (opening tomorrow) features the best “Transformers” script he’s ever received (not saying a lot, is it?).

• Alice Cooper – Movie star Johnny Depp joined him onstage during a weekend gig at London’s 100 Club, playing guitar on the Cooper hits “I’m Eighteen” and “School’s Out”.
• Beyoncé – Today her new album “4” is released. An expanded version includes 3 extra tracks and 3 remixes of the lead single “Run The World (Girls)”. Hope the album sells well … Beyoncé bought her sister Solange Knowles 25 pairs of designer shoes for her recent 25th birthday.
• Billy Ray Cyrus – Today he releases the album “I’m American”, which features appearances by Jamey Johnson, Craig Morgan, Darryl Worley, and Amy Grant.
• Black Eyed Peas – They’re teaming with Ubisoft to launch a videogame which encourages users to sing & dance to their hits. “The Black Eyed Peas Experience” will be available for both Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360.
• Blink-182 – Mark Hoppus says a single from their as-yet-untitled upcoming album is due July 3rd, but there are still 3 or 4 contenders for which track it will be.
• Kings of Leon – Guitarist Matthew Followill says their new documentary film, “Talihina Sky: The Story Of Kings Of Leon”, will likely polarize people’s opinion of them, making some like them more and others dislike them more. So far, the film has debuted in Ireland and the UK.
• Lady Gaga – A Michigan-based law firm has launched a $5 million-plus class action suit against her, claiming she’s profiting from sales of her $5 Japan relief wristbands by deliberately inflating shipping costs. To give you an idea of the credibility of the action … the law firm is called ‘800-LAW-FIRM’, which will likely lose the suit but win some cheesy publicity.

• “Beastly” ( PG-13 Romantic Fantasy ): In this updated take on the “Beauty & The Beast” tale, Alex Pettyfer (“I Am Number Four”) plays a NYC teen who is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love. Co-stars Vanessa Hudgens, Mary-Kate Olsen.
• “Season Of the Witch” ( PG-13 Fantasy Adventure ): Nicolas Cage & Ron Perlman play 14th-century crusaders who return to their homeland to find it devastated by the Black Plague. There they are persuaded to transport an accused witch to a remote abbey for punishment.
• “Sucker Punch” ( PG-13 Fantasy ): 22-year-old Aussie actress Emily Browning plays a teen institutionalized by her wicked stepfather who creates a dream world that helps her cope with her harsh reality. Co-stars Abbie Cornish, Vanessa Hudgens, and “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm.
• “3 Backyards” ( R-Rated Drama ): The story of 3 residents of the same suburban town over the course of one perfect, glittering autumn day as they embark on tiny journeys that take them vast distances from the familiar. Stars Embeth Davidtz, Edie Falco, Elias Koteas.
• Also released today: “Lord Of the Dance 3-D” (Musical); “Rizzoli & Isles: The Complete 1st Season” (TV); “Team Umizoomi” (Animation); and “Warehouse 13: Season 2” (TV).
ANOTHER WAY TO JACK UP PRICES:
Move over 3-D, now there’s D-Box! Instead of delivering movie thrills straight between the eyes, this new technology connects to the moviegoer through hi-tech seating that enables 3 levels of pitching, rolling, and heaving. The moviegoer has control over the intensity of that action, via a control knob that can reduce the movement, or, if it all becomes too much, shut it off. D-Box debuted in some 80 cinemas with the now-showing movie “Super 8”. The special seating involves an increased admittance charge of about $8. (What would be the ultimate movie in D-Box? “Fast Five”?)

HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT CUPPA:
Scientists at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England have spent 180 hours testing tea to discover that the key to the best-tasting brew is made by adding boiling water to a tea bag in a mug and leaving it for 2 minutes, then removing the bag and adding milk and waiting an additional 6 minutes. Not only does that avoid scalding but by then it has cooled to 60 C (140 F), the optimum temperature to let flavors out. Tea which remains un-sipped for 17 minutes, 30 seconds is past its best. (That’s when you drop in a couple of ice cubes and guzzle it.)
