More From the Sheet House!

BS SHOW BIZ BUZZ:
★ Today Bruce Springsteen’s new memoir “Born to Run” is published. The 500-page tome arrives in hardcover, e-book, and audio editions. Springsteen has been privately writing the autobiography over the past 7 years. He began work in 2009 after performing at the Super Bowl halftime show. A companion soundtrack, the career-spanning compilation “Chapter & Verse”, was released Friday. The collected songs trace Springsteen’s musical history from its earliest days, telling a story that parallels the one in the book.

★ The cast of “Will & Grace” (1998-2006) staged an epic reunion last week which has left fans speculating that big things are coming. Stars Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally, and Sean Hayes have been all over social media posting pics of the cast together again, but they’re all careful not to reveal what’s really going on. It seems likely the cast get-together will air as an NBC-TV reunion special, similar to the (disastrous) “Friends” reunion event last year.

★ Former “Friends” star Matt LeBlanc has signed a 2-season deal with BBC-TV to host automotive show “Top Gear”. He’s said to be pocketing £2 million (circa $2.6 million) to return as host instead of sidekick. Former presenter Chris Evans left the series after a single disastrous season in the ratings. A BBC spokesperson says, “Matt was hugely popular with ‘Top Gear’ viewers last series with his humor, warmth, and obvious passion for cars.”

★ And It would appear that estranged actress Angelina Jolie was forward-thinking ahead of her impending divorce with Brad Pitt. An inside source claims she had already rented a $95,000-per-month house for her and her 6 kids to live in previous to the break-up. The 5-bedroom, 4,400 square-foot bluff-top estate with a private path leading to the beach on the California coast is said to be a perfect fit for Jolie and her kids aged 8-to-15.

BS MUSIC NOTES:
• AC/DC – Their tumultuous year continues as bassist Cliff Williams has confirmed he’s retiring from the veteran rock band following the end of their current tour. That means iconic guitarist Angus Young would be the last AC/DC member standing if the band goes on beyond 2016.
• Ariana Grande – She’s seemingly doing her best to live up to her diva reputation, reportedly refusing to leave her dressing room for a recently scheduled photoshoot, thereby resulting in a costly reschedule.
• Backstreet Boys – They’ve confirmed they begin a Planet Hollywood residency in Las Vegas next year. The first performance of “Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life” is March 1st. It’s in the same theater where Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez perform their Vegas residencies.
• Cam – The country singer is now a married woman after tying the knot with her fiancé Adam Weaver in Joshua Tree, California on the weekend. The couple picked Miranda Lambert’s version of “Oklahoma Sky” for their first dance as husband & wife.
• Chance the Rapper – He tells Power 106 (KPWR) Los Angeles that he and Kanye West are working on a collaboration. Chance says the album should be titled “Good Ass Job”, which was a tentative title West suggested for a different album years ago.
• Justin Bieber – The last single to debut in the UK top 10 that didn’t feature Biebs was Clean Bandit’s “Tears” back in June. Meantime, 22-year-old Justin is looking to sign new artists for his own record label. He’s already said to be on the lookout for female singers.
• Lady Gaga – Some are saying her new single “Perfect Illusion” is a rip-off of Madonna’s “Papa Don’t Preach”. And someone has put together this mashup to prove the point …

SUICIDAL SITTING:
According to a new study, approximately 433,000 people die every year because … they sit too long. That’s right, sitting for more than 3 hours is said to be responsible for 3.8% of all deaths worldwide every year. Researchers looking at data collected from 54 countries 2002-11 found that more than 60% of the world’s population sits for more than 3 hours per day, with the average being approximately 4.7 hours. The highest amount of sitting-related deaths were in the Western Pacific and parts of Europe. Lebanon and The Netherlands top the list. The scientists say that eliminating sitting could increase overall life expectancy by 0.2 years, and reducing daily sitting time by 2 hours could decrease an individual’s mortality by 2.4%. (Even some activity can keep death at bay for couch potatoes. So jog for the popcorn.)

GOAT YOGA … WAIT, WHAT?
A farm in Albany OR is offering yoga classes … with goats. It all started when a yoga instructor asked if she could host a class at No Regrets Farm. 6 of the farm’s goats invited themselves to the class, and ‘Goat Yoga’ was born. And if that sounds weird, consider that the wait-list for the program is now 500 people deep. It may be because goats seem to add a level of happiness and fun to what is sometimes thought of as strict meditation. After all, it’s tough to be sad or depressed when there are baby goats jumping around. The only downside to doing yoga with goats? The animals tend not to hold their poop until after class, and sometimes try to eat the yoga mats. (Not to mention the occasional head-butt to the butt.)
