Here’s More Bull Roar!
BS SHOW BIZ BUZZ:
★Johnny Depp’s ex, Amber Heard has seemingly confirmed her relationship with billionaire Elon Musk with a fun Instagram picture of them at dinner in Australia with her lipstick on his cheek. She drew attention to the lip-mark by captioning the photo: ‘Cheeky.’ It seemed to be an intimate affair as they sat at a dinner table alongside each other while Amber placed her hand on the shoulder of the 45-year-old entrepreneur and inventor of the Tesla.

★Richard Simmons took to Facebook to thank everyone who helped him during his hospital stay for indigestion in Los Angeles. In only his second social media blast in some three years, the 68-year-old wrote: ‘Hope you’re having a beautiful Sunday. ‘I wanted to take a moment to send a big thank you to the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center during my short stay there this week. They make you feel good even though you’re in the hospital for feeling bad.’

★Surprise! Miley Cyrus has a secret role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The “Wrecking Ball” singer, 24, will voice ‘Mainframe’, an evolved technology that is an alternate version of Vision in the Marvel comics. Further details about the role have yet to be announced. USMagazine
★Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was vandalized again, only this time with a magic marker instead of a pick ax. Someone scribbled “F*** Trump” on the President’s star on Hollywood Blvd. You’ll recall that a man utterly destroyed Trump’s star with a pick ax back in October, and even copped to the crime. He ended up avoiding jail time in a plea bargain.
(Trump’s best makeup job in years…)

★Despite the rumors of drug involvement, Erin Moran died of cancer, according to authorities. According to a source, Moran was receiving treatment for Stage 4 throat cancer, including a gastrointestinal tube in her throat to keep her alive during her final days. Officials say standard toxicology test results are pending but that no illegal narcotics were found at the home near Louisville, Kentucky.

★Caitlyn Jenner doesn’t speak to some of her children after her transition from man to woman. She says that while she has remained close to some of her children, she is a little more distant to a few others. She admits that she wonders if that might be because of her transitioning, or if it is just because of the fact that they have very busy lives. (And after Kris’ reaction to the book, we know she won’t be calling much!)

★Avatar fans can now mark down some dates to expect the next 3 films in the series. According to James Cameron’s newly revised schedule, you can look for ‘Avatar 2′ Dec. 18, 2020. ‘Avatar 3′ will hit screens Dec 17, 2021, and ‘Avatar 4′ won’t be out until Dec. 19, 2025. The original came out in 2009.
(Of course, remember that this is James Cameron we’re talking about. Dates are always subject to change…)
(Avatar: The top-grossing movie of all time. Do you have a clue what it was about??)

BS MUSIC NOTES:
• Rihanna – took a poke at Queen Elizabeth on Instagram. As the royal mum celebrated her 91st birthday, Rhianna posted a picture of the monarch’s head superimposed onto the singer’s body. In one image, the Queen’s head was on Rihanna’s body as she strutted down the street wearing a bright green outfit and kinky thigh-high green boots. “Be humble,” Rihanna wrote under the image.
(You’re photoshopping yourself and the Queen together, and telling HER to be humble??)
• The Cult – have announced that they will be sharing the stage with The Who for one show of the legendary rock band’s very first visit to South America. The Cult will be taking the stage with The Who for a September 21 show in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• The Revolution – Prince’s 1980’s backing band have launched their spring reunion tour. After the music icon died last year the group connected at a Minneapolis hotel to mourn. There, they decided to reunite for shows in honour of the Purple One. “We’re taking it to the people who are grieving like we are, and letting them have a little bit of relief,” says guitarist Wendy Melvoin.
• Genesis – could have something special in the works for the band’s 50th anniversary. Guitarist Mike Rutherford has hinted he would entertain the idea of reuniting with keyboardist Tony Banks and drumming frontman Phil Collins for some anniversary activity — including perhaps putting together some standalone concerts.
•Lynyrd Skynyrd – cameras are ready to start rolling on a Skynyrd biopic. ‘Street Survivors: The True Story of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash’, tells the story of the band’s early years and rise to fame, and the 1977 plane crash that killed three band members, one of the group’s road managers and both of the craft’s pilots.
• Kendrick Lamar – had a huge debut week for his new album, ‘Damn.’ It moved 603 thousand units in its first week of release, more than any album so far this year. It’s Lamar’s third #1 album.
•Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini have been fighting. Or, rather boxing. Rhett recently explained how their unorthodox workouts have been ‘working out’. He says that he brought a boxing coach on the road, and Ballerini started using the same coach in Nashville, so now when their schedules work out, they all end up working out together.
•Elvis Presley – The home that he bought as he started his rise to fame has been damaged by fire. Authorities have determined that the fire was caused by an electrical fault in a wall of the house Elvis purchased in 1956. No one was home at the time. To be clear, this is NOT Gracelend. The house is currently owned by musician Mike Curb.
(Keep your ‘Burnin’ Love’ jokes to yourself!)
GREAT. ANOTHER REASON TO TAKE A SELFIE:
First we had fish gape. Then we had finger mouthing. Now, just in time for spring, we have the “Bambi pose,” a new selfie trend that’s gone viral on social media. Women all over Instagram, including celebs such as Bella Hadid and Jordyn Woods, are making it the hot new social media pose. Called ‘the Bambi pose’ because of its similarity to the way a deer might sit with its legs folded underneath, the position is clearly meant to play up femininity. The look helps bikini-clad ‘grammers accentuate their backsides and hips while making the waist appear narrower, making it a sudden go-to for stars and models already hitting the sand and sea. To make the look complete, throw in a lifeless facial expression and you have the hottest selfie trend for the summer of 2017.
(And for dads, a new ‘If I catch you doing that…’)
(Bambi? I haven’t even got my head around ‘twerk’ yet!)
(I could be wrong, but did this whole thing start with that Kellyanne Conway Oval Office couch picture?)

LIFE HACK: ONION EDITION:
The supposed ‘best ways to cut an onion without crying’ were put through an intensive, unscientific experiment. Here are the results:
•Method #1: Chilling. The concept is to chill the onion for 30 minutes, then cut it.
Result: Eyes started to sting toward the end of the exercise, but no tears.
•Method #2: Goggles
Result: Not a hint of tears. Looked funny when someone came to the door.
•Method #3: Cutting Underwater. Set cutting board in sink and run water over the onion as it is sliced.
Result: No stinging or tears. But lots of flying onion pieces and very cold hands.
Conclusion: Method #2, The Goggles method wins hands down. And waaaaay too many chopped onions for anyone’s own good.

FACEBOOK V.2026:
At last week’s Facebook F8 conference in San Jose, California, CEO Mark Zuckerberg gave an update on his ambitious 10-year plan for the company. Here are some highlights of the Zuckerberg world, circa 2026:
• The entire world has internet access, with many people likely getting it through Internet.org, Facebook’s connectivity arm.
(Some people still won’t have decent drinking water, but they will be able to take a selfie…)
•Augmented-reality glasses have become good enough to go mainstream. And Facebook is now developing technology that would let you “type” with your brain, meaning you’d type, point, and click by thinking at your smart glasses. Facebook is giving us a glimpse of this with the Camera Effects platform, making your phone into an AR device.
(At least my neck won’t be sore from looking down at my phone all the time…)
•If you’re wearing those glasses, there’s no guarantee that the person who’s taking your McDonald’s order is a human. Imagine a virtual avatar sitting at the cash register, projected straight into your eyeballs, and taking your order.
(And still getting it wrong)
•People are spending much of their time with ‘Facebook Spaces’, a “social VR” app that lets denizens of virtual reality hang out with each other, even if some people are in the real world and others have a headset strapped on. It’s slightly creepy, but it’s a sign of how Facebook sees you and your friends spending time together in the future. This was actually released last week.
(Wasn’t ‘Second Life’ a thing about 15 years ago?)
•Facebook develops and introduces more humanlike systems that you can communicate with. And if Facebook’s plan to let you “hear” with your skin plays out, they could talk to you while you’re wearing those glasses, and you could reply with just a thought.
(Well that was so creepy, that I felt it in MY skin. A shiver.)
(And lastly from Mark Zuckerberg’s 10-year plan: Complete and utter domination of your mind, privacy, and money and WORLD DOMINATION (****Insert wicked laughter here*****), plus to give more money to charity.)

BULL’S BITS:
It’s Golf Day! To honor the occasion,
BS REASONS WHY GUYS GOLF:
•It’s nice to get out and see some grass that’s actually been mowed.
•If you hang around the house you end up having to fix something.
•That wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you hit the ball 20 yards into the rough…again.
•We need more frustration in our lives.
•Too old for baseball, too young for checkers.
BS PHONE STARTER:
☎ High school graduates should take a year off before entering college. Yes or no?
BS WACK FACTS:
•Gold is virtually indestructible; almost all the gold ever mined still exists today… all 170 000 tonnes (187,393 tons) of it, only enough gold to fill two Olympic-sized swimming pools. All it would neatly fit under the Eiffel Tower.
•Water does not calm the tongue after eating hot spicy food because the spices in most of the hot foods that we eat are oily, and, like your science teacher taught you, oil and water don’t mix. In this case, the water just rolls over the oily spices. What should you do? Eat bread. The bread will absorb the oily spices. A second solution is to drink milk.
•Veins are not blue because they contain deoxygenated blood. Blood is bright red in its oxygenated form and a dark red in deoxygenated form. In simpler terms, it is bright red when it leaves the lungs full of oxygen and dark red when it returns to the lungs for a refill. Veins appear blue because light penetrating the skin is absorbed and reflected in high energy wavelengths back to the eye. Higher energy wavelengths are blue. (Clear as blood?)
BS RANDOM JOKE:

BS WATER COOLER QUESTION:
Question: 51% of vehicle owners say they have THIS option but admit they never use it.
Answer: Sunroof
BS DEEP THOUGHT:
What we learn after we ‘know it all’ is what counts.
