Ratings have been good enough for “Temptation Island” that FOX-TV is already planning a steamy sequel, perhaps “Temptation Mountain” or “Temptation Valley” . . . Openly gay Elton John is defending plans to duet with anti-gay Eminem on his hit “Stan” at the Grammy Awards by claiming the rapper isn’t really a hateful person (tasteless and obnoxious perhaps, but not hateful).
