100% Grade A Bull!
BS SHOW BIZ BUZZ:
★ John Krasinski’s Stanley Cup trolling of Jenna Fischer deserves it’s own trophy. “The Office” stars’ online feud over which of their teams would win the National Hockey League title came to a hilarious head when Bruins fan Krasinski (who played Jim Halpert) and Blues’ supporter Fischer (aka Pam Beesly) delivered what was undoubtedly the killer blow during Wednesday’s game 7 deciding game — containing a cameo from David Denman, who played Pam’s ex-fiancé Roy in the show. She did have the last laugh, though, with her team’s victory.

★ Following the release of HBO’s limited series “Chernobyl”, a renewed interest in the 1986 nuclear disaster has prompted a wave of Instagram influencers to flock to or near the Chernobyl exclusion zone. Sergiy Ivanchuk, director of SoloEast tours, says that since the show began streaming in May, the company has seen a 30 percent spike in business. A quick scan of location tags on Instagram shows dozens of influencers posing in the ruins of the abandoned city located near the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. Twitter user Bruno Zupan even collected a handful of the images showing influencers standing half-nude in the ghost town and posing next to a long-abandoned bus.

★ Netflix has renewed its docuseries, “Dogs” for a second season. The series celebrates the emotional bond formed between dogs and humans. Production has not yet begun on the new season, so fans can still submit their own dog’s story for a chance to be featured in the second season. You can do that by sharing on social using the tag @netflixdogs with #netflixdogstory on Instagram or Twitter.
(Are they looking to do a story on a champion “dinnertime drooler”?

★ Comedian Dave Chappelle will be making his Broadway debut this summer. “Dave Chappelle Live on Broadway” will feature five shows between July 9-13 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theater. It’s unclear if Chappelle is performing a more traditional stand-up set or if he will mix it up with a different kind of one-man show.

OVERSHARE:
For some, Facebook is pretty much a full-time job. Between all the posting and sharing they do, plus all the mindless scrolling, you’d guess that they are on there all day. And maybe those are the kind of people they are looking for, because Facebook says that now they are willing to pay people to use the social media platform. That’s right, Facebook will pay users to share information with the company about which apps they’re using. If that sounds familiar, Facebook has tried something like this before, and shut it down due to concerns about privacy. Facebook is not saying how much it will pay participants to share their information.
(But seeing how many users basically put everything out there anyway…!)
(So, after multiple Facebook data breaches over the past few years, now they say they are willing to pay you to share whatever information hasn’t already been shared?)
(How much do you suppose Zuckerberg would charge to share HIS information?)

NEWS OF THE WEIRD:
➢ A computer programmer in China caused a stir on social media recently after revealing that he had created a custom chatbot to answer his girlfriend’s texts 24/7. Li Kaixiang said that he was often too busy at work to answer his girlfriend’s frequent texts, but he also didn’t want to hurt her feelings by ignoring her, so he came up with the idea to create a chatbot to answer and send messages on his behalf. On the first day that the chatbot went online, it exchanged about 300 texts with his girlfriend.
(Which pretty much explains why he created it in the first place!)
➢ A great-grandfather from England was so obsessed with Burger King that his dying wish was to be buried with a bacon double cheeseburger. So that’s just what happened. The hearse carrying Leonard Durkin made a pit stop at the restaurant in Leeds on the way to his funeral, rolling into the drive-thru, where the driver placed his order, then placed the bacon-double cheeseburger on top of Durkin’s casket, and buried it with him. The 71-year-old had died of – what else – heart problems.
(Talk about “ground” beef!)

BS REASONS YOU WEREN’T NAMED ‘FATHER OF THE YEAR’:
• You once lost 2 of your kids in a poker game.
• You caught your son on an adult website and thought a good punishment would be to take him to a strip club all day so he’d get sick of looking at naked women.
• You’re always teaching the kids new things, like how to throw a fake seizure in the liquor store so you can pocket a couple 40’s.
• You never, ever hug your daughter — thanks to the plexiglass between you.
• The only reason you like to take your son out for a walk in the stroller is because he’s a chick magnet.
• (***Caution***) When your daughter gets an ‘A’ in sex ed, you say, “I learned you real good, girl.”
