Also expected to command big bucks — the ‘Cowardly Lion’s’ costume from “Oz” (made of real lion’s hide), a Rolls-Royce from the ‘James Bond’ classic “Goldfinger” and Christopher Reeve’s “Superman” capes and body stockings. Unless you’ve been in a coma, you know the summer movie season kicks off today with the opening of “Mission: Impossible 2”. “MI-2″ fax:
• Tom Cruise returns as ‘Ethan Hunt’, leading his IMF team to re-capture and destroy a deadly German-manufactured virus before it falls in the wrong hands. As with “M:I-1″ the plot is secondary to SFX and action.
• Co-stars Anthony Hopkins, Ving Rhames and Thandie Newton (Zambia’s only movie star?).
• The first movie made $465 million worldwide. Estimates predict “M:I-2″ will clean up $80 million-plus over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
• The new Tom Cruise biography “Cruise Control” by celeb biographer Frank Sanello is being released on the net as an ‘e-book’ today.

According to a new Northstar Research poll, 85% of Canada’s teenagers now use the Internet, three-quarters of them at home. On average, male teens go online 10 or more hours a week, teenage girls for 8 hours. (There’s at least 2 extra hours of naked women pix posted.)
