He’s reportedly a guy with something extra … a pearl implanted in his penis. The sub-dermal pearl was apparently inserted when he was in his late teens because he’s a pearl diver. He’s previously dated top models like Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, but this little lady has consistently declined.
